Sauropods and Cycads – Dinner with Dinosaurs
An exciting family-workshop exploring how the evolution of plants shaped the world of dinosaurs.
Amongst the living fossils of the Chelsea Physic Garden, participants will discover how the dramatically changing world of pre-historic plants impacted on the chosen breakfasts and lunches of allosaurs, sauropods and pterosaurs.
Through garden tours, demonstrations and challenges you’ll find out how these amazing animals survived for so long and what their daily lives would have been like.
The day will culminate in participants creating a take-home Mesozoic garden.
