Chelsea Physic Garden’s Access Scheme offers your school the opportunity to engage with immersive educational experiences that meet national curriculum requirements at London’s oldest botanical garden.

Workshops are available for students from Early Years to Key Stage 4, with our access fund covering the cost of 50% of each session for up to 30 pupils.  Accompanying teachers and adults will be admitted at no extra cost.

Eligibility Criteria

Schools must demonstrate that they are a state funded primary, secondary or special school, and have one of the following:

• Schools with over 20% of pupils on Free School Meals (FSM)
• 15% or more students with special educational needs (SEN)

Travel Subsidy

In some cases, depending on your school’s location and financial need, we are able to subsidise travel expenses. For more information about our travel funding please email , or include a note with your booking request below.
