SOLD OUT Everyday Herbs for Women’s Health Course
The gender inequality in healthcare is well documented, with women’s health being neglected time and again. In this session we will look at how herbs have been used historically right up to today to help foster optimal endocrine health. Delving into some of the most reliable plant allies for supporting women’s health we will look at how best to utilise these.
We will also touch on the transition from women as the gatekeepers and custodians of medicine, to finding a new role in ethnobotany, finding new medicines and a reclaiming of their relationship to herbs to support their health.
