Explore a brief history of medicine and find out about the amazing power of plants to heal and soothe. We will show you how to make your own natural and low-cost remedies to tackle ailments and improve mental wellbeing. For this workshop, you will create herb bags, body scrub, pillow mist and a bath bomb. There’ll also be a chance to explore our medicinal plants, edible and poison beds, and other fascinating areas of the Garden.

Booking information: 

Tickets are £35 each, and includes your entry to the Garden that day. The course runs from 10:30am to 2:30pm, there is a lunch break during the session.

The ticket does not include lunch, but you can purchase lunch from the Physic Garden Café, bring something with you, or pop out to grab something during the break.

Children must be accompanied by a Lotions and Potions ticket-holding adult
