Know & Grow: Propagation for Beginners
Come and learn how to give your seeds and cuttings the best chance of turning into healthy plants. Whether you are a indoor gardener, balcony gardener or have your own outdoor garden, this course will cover all basics and help you to grow plants better from cuttings or seed.
Guided by a horticultural expert, you will learn how you can propagate at home. You will also have the chance to visit Chelsea Physic Garden’s propagation glasshouse with a member of the Horticulture team to see how London’s oldest botanical garden propagates.
Propagation is is the process by which new plants grow from a variety of sources: seeds, cuttings, and other plant parts. In this workshop you will learn about this process and have some take-home techniques to help you with your propagation techniques at home.
