Living Medicine Online: Sleep and Stress
Would you like to learn more about which plants and foods may improve sleep and reduce stress? Join Living Medicine’s Alex Laird in her own kitchen for an online video talk and demonstration about how we can turn plants into remedies that help us manage sleep patterns and stress.
Alex suggests we all have to hand some thyme, mint or other herbs so you can taste the plants’ active phytochemicals and their effects on us. As this session is not only a chance for you to learn about plant medicine, but to share with the group how you use plants and herbs in your own lives, we suggest you also bring along your favourite herbal tea.
Please note this is a remote digital workshop and will require you to use the video conferencing system “Zoom”, for this event you will have the option to share your video screen and participate in group discussion and ask questions throughout.
