Nature Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a practice focused on developing an innate mental capacity that involves self awareness. At its roots, mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, in an open curious non judgmental way
Nature is our muse, whatever the weather Nature shows patience, growth, surrender, colour, connection and persistence. In this workshop we will immerse ourselves in the surrounds of our nurturing, soothing and healing garden
Join Leanne from Live Karma Yoga in a Mindful Meditation session using the natural beauty in our gardens to bathe the senses in the presence and adopt the pace of nature to slow things down to see and sense more. We will begin with a grounding mindful meditation and move through sensory awareness bringing in forest bathing, which is walking meditation to really instill a sense of connection and calm within and beyond. There will be a chance to close our session collectively sharing our experiences to foster more connection and mindful awareness
